Do I need a UAE trade licence? · هل أحتاج إلى رخصة تجارية؟
Yes, for card payments, Tabby and Tamara. You can start on cash on delivery while your licence is being issued, and we'll point you to the lowest-cost e-commerce licence options in the UAE. We don't issue licences ourselves.
نعم، وذلك لتفعيل الدفع بالبطاقات وتابي وتمارا. يمكنك البدء بالدفع عند الاستلام أثناء إصدار الرخصة، وسنرشدك إلى أقل خيارات الرخص التجارية الإلكترونية تكلفة في الإمارات. ونحن لا نصدر الرخص بأنفسنا.
What's the minimum order? · ما الحد الأدنى للطلب؟
There's no container minimum. You buy from our existing stock as you sell. We'll agree a small opening quantity per model on the call so your bestsellers never go out of stock mid-campaign.

Who owns the store and the brand? · من يملك المتجر والعلامة التجارية؟
You do. The Shopify account, the domain, the brand name, the ad accounts and the customer data are all in your name from day one.

No. Each model is assigned to one brand at a time in the UAE. You'll know exactly which models are available before you choose.

How much do I need for ads? · كم أحتاج لميزانية الإعلانات؟
Plan for at least AED [1,500] in your first two weeks. Below that there isn't enough data to know what's working, and every decision becomes guesswork.
خصّص ما لا يقل عن [١٥٠٠] درهم لأول أسبوعين. أقل من ذلك لا يوفّر بيانات كافية لمعرفة ما ينجح، وتصبح القرارات مجرد تخمين.

No, and anyone who does is selling you something else. What we guarantee is that the store, the payments, the delivery and the campaigns are built the way ours are — so that if the product and the creative work, nothing behind them breaks.

On Launch and Brand you own the store and run it yourself; we stay available for product supply and fulfilment. On Scale we keep managing the ads and send you a weekly report.
في باقتَي Launch وBrand تملك المتجر وتديره بنفسك، ونبقى معك لتوريد المنتجات وتجهيز الطلبات. أما في باقة Scale فنستمر في إدارة الإعلانات ونرسل لك تقريراً أسبوعياً.
